I am a 26 year old female, who has been in a committed 4 year long relationship, and never has really entertained the glamour of wedding season. But for some reason, it hit me today! It could have something to do with the following reason:
1. My friend recently got engaged, and asked me to be a bridesmaid
2. Trying on said bridesmaid dress and unsightly matchy matchy shoes
3. Vera Wang's wedding gowns, normally $6K price tag, down to half that, recession woes = fabulous designer dress on the cheap!
4. FabSugar launches WeddingSugar
5. Daily Candy launches Daily Candy Weddings
6. Today's Martha Stewart, "The Wedding Show"
Is is just me, or does everyone have Wedding Fever? This is definitely a sign, a Spring Wedding is the new black!
Speaking of Vera Wang....here are some of her very stunning, very un-traditional wedding gowns, and I like that she infused color in the her Spring line for 2010!
Running the color gamut, from traditional ivory, pastel n' pink, to progressive in black. I'm digging looks two and four.
