Happy Noir-lidays*

Sequins, reds, greens, and golds are EVERYWHERE! It is the holiday season after all, i.e. the only time of year you can get away with jingle bell earrings, and a wreath attached to your fender. So of course when I came across this too ferosh for school website, I was instantly smitten with its selection of nearly noir clothing and accessories.

Speaking of Christmas, can I just say, my up to the moment xmas list consists mainly of items from this website, shopnastygal.com. For example this cool and comfy Sailor Striped top, would be one of my essentials to construct a parisian hip, low key vibe.

Followed by leggings of course since they are everywhere, and perfect for my frame. But not just any leggings, they'd have to be Faux Leather Zipper Leggings, these bad boys are sexy, so sexy I just might be mistaken for Angelina Jolie, circa Billy Bob.  But of course I might get cold, so I would need a warm topper. Something fierce, stylish, and with very large...shoulder pads. This Power Shoulder Tuxedo Blazer, tops my wish list, with its mile high shoulder pads, its sleek slim fit, and its satin like lapel. Puurfection! But what about all those holiday soiree's I was invited too?  This rock n roll number will do the trick, the Funktional Caged In Dress satisfies my girly side, but adds a dose of punk with its non existent caged shoulders.

Now even a cool ass outfit like this needs some accessories.Bring on the bling! How about a necklace or bracelet, or both Santa? The Deco Mesh Necklace, brings this look on trend with the "statement necklace", and frosts my décolleté with a bit of holiday cheer. This Snake Charmer Crystal Cuff ups the ante with its serpentine green rhinestone eyes, and amber colored stones bedazzled throughout the design, this ones a charmer.   

The finishing touch is usually the shoes, but since this post can't go on forever, I decided it fitting to make the purse the final touch. This Studded Bag, and whole reason I showcased this site, is freakin fabulous! Its grommet, after lovely grommet of amazing-ness, and it comes in nude too!

Amongst a sea of glitter its refreshing to see that punk still thrives, long live the shoulder pad!  Oh yeah...and Happy Holidays!
