I'm almost 53 and I don't have a line around my eyes. My mother wants this kind of product because her eyes are sagged now. Is this really effective?

i need to try this - i am 41 and my eyes are showing it....everything else holding up ok, but i guess years of squinting and lots of makeup experimentation is taking it's toll.....hope i win the prize!
